Owned and operated by Kim Carman of Knoxville, Tennessee, The Kim Carman Group provides home (residential) and commercial property financing and mortgage services in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Kim began her career in the mortgage industry as a loan originator and swiftly moved into a management position. She takes her responsibility to her clients seriously, and she works hard to stay ahead of the curve on the continuous changes in the mortgage industry.

She started her own mortgage origination business in 2000, and The Kim Carman Group recently joined forces with Acopia Home Loans in order to broaden the products available to her clients.

In today’s time of financial hardship, the group has taken on a strong committment to help current homeowners through these difficult times by assisting with the refinancing their existing mortgages. The Kim Carman Group takes tremendous pride in its reputation of integrity and professional mortgage services to its clients.
